Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions explain how orders are approved, produced, billed, fulfilled, and supported at GML Prints. They are intended to set clear expectations and keep projects moving smoothly from quote to delivery.

These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with GML Companies LLC dba GML Prints. They cover decorated apparel, promotional products, signage, custom printed goods, and related services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Orders & Approval
All orders must be finalized before production can begin. Finalizing an order includes confirming all details such as artwork, sizing, quantities, colors, placement, and product selection.
Orders are not considered approved until required conditions are met, including payment (if applicable) and proof approval.
GML Prints is not responsible for errors including spelling, sizing, placement, or design once proofs have been approved.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Proofs will be provided for approval after payment has been received, unless the customer has approved net terms.
Orders will not enter production until:
- Payment is received for prepaid accounts, or
- The account is approved for net terms and proofs are approved
3. Net Terms (Approved Accounts Only)
Net terms are extended at the sole discretion of GML Prints.
Approved accounts may be granted Net 15 or Net 30 terms, as agreed in writing.
GML Prints reserves the right to:
- Require deposits or full payment on any order
- Establish and enforce credit limits
- Suspend or revoke terms at any time
Accounts with past due balances may have orders delayed, placed on hold, or reverted to prepayment.
4. Turnaround Times
Decorated Apparel
Standard turnaround time is 7 to 14 business days after:
- Order finalization
- Payment is received, if applicable
- Proofs are approved
Specialty services may extend turnaround times. Approvals taking longer than 24 hours may delay production. Rush services may be available and are subject to additional fees.
Promotional Products
Standard turnaround time is 14 to 30 business days after order finalization, approval, and payment if applicable. Items not produced in-house may be subject to additional delays.
5. Delays & Liability
GML Prints is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Supplier or vendor delays
- Weather conditions
- Power outages
- Acts of God or events beyond our control
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
6. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is subject to change based on final artwork, product availability, and supplier cost changes.
Final invoices reflect actual quantities produced and delivered.
7. Under/Over Runs
A variance of ±5% is considered acceptable and will be billed accordingly.
8. Artwork & Intellectual Property
All artwork created by GML Prints remains the property of GML Prints unless rights are purchased separately.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
9. Manufacturer Disclaimer
GML Prints is not responsible for manufacturer defects or inconsistencies, including but not limited to variations in garment construction, dye lots, labeling, stitching, sizing, or other supplier-related issues.
10. Garment Selection
Customers are responsible for garment selection. Samples are recommended when fit, color, fabric feel, or style is important. Samples are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Printing Variations
Minor variations in print size, placement, ink feel, embroidery positioning, and final appearance are considered acceptable.
Pantone or exact screen color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing. Placement variance of up to approximately 3/4 inch may occur and is considered acceptable in custom production.
12. Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancellation fees may apply as follows:
- 10% before garments or products are ordered
- 15% after ordering, plus return shipping or restocking costs if applicable
- 25% after receipt, prep, sorting, or production setup
No cancellations will be accepted once production begins.
13. Returns & Claims
All custom sales are final.
Claims for defective or incorrect items must be made within 3 business days of delivery or pickup.
14. Shipping & Delivery
GML Prints is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, carrier issues, freight delays, or other issues that occur after an order has been released to a shipping provider.
15. Returned Payments
Returned checks or failed payments may incur a $30 fee or the maximum amount allowed by law.
16. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting GML Prints to attempt resolution.
Improper chargebacks may be contested using supporting records including invoices, payment records, approved proofs, order notes, delivery records, and communications. Customers may be responsible for costs incurred due to improper disputes.
17. Late Payments & Collections
Past due balances may incur:
- A late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law
- Collection actions if necessary
Customer agrees to be responsible for reasonable collection costs and legal fees where permitted by law.
18. Storage & Abandonment
Completed orders must be picked up or shipping arranged within 14 days of completion notification.
Orders not picked up within that time may be subject to storage fees. Orders left unclaimed for 30 days may be considered abandoned and may be discarded or resold without refund.
