Common questions
How long does a custom canopy take?
Production is 2-3 business days after you approve your final proof. Before that, we create your design and send a digital proof for review, and that step depends on how quickly we finalize artwork together. Need it sooner for an event? Call us at 877-307-6733 and we will check rush options.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS and SVG. Vector files give the sharpest dye-sublimated print, but our team can work from a high-resolution raster file too.
Are the canopy tops waterproof?
Yes. The canopy is printed on 6 oz weatherproof tent fabric with full-color dye sublimation, so the graphics will not crack, peel or fade in the rain or sun.
Can I add printed walls later?
You can add full walls, half walls and a matching table cover right here in the builder. Walls and accessories can also be ordered separately later and will fit the same frame.
Do you ship nationwide or is pickup available?
We ship anywhere in the United States, and local customers near Covina, CA can pick up at our shop. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
What is included with the tent?
Every full tent includes the dye-sublimated canopy, a heavy-duty aluminum hex frame and a carry bag. You can upgrade to a wheeled bag, add sandbags, walls and a table cover.
