Can you embroider on hats?

Yes. We embroider on structured hats, unstructured hats, beanies, and visors. Hat embroidery requires a different hoop setup, which is factored into your quote.

What is the stitch count limit?

We can embroider designs up to 15,000 stitches. Very complex or highly detailed logos may need to be simplified slightly for clean embroidery results, we will let you know during proof review.

Do you keep my digitized file?

Yes, indefinitely. Once your design is digitized, it is stored in our system. Every reorder is free of the digitizing fee, you only pay for the garments and embroidery production.

How do I send my logo?

Upload your file when placing your order. Vector files (AI or EPS) produce the best stitch results. We also work with high-resolution PNG or JPG. Our team will review and notify you of any issues.
