Direct-to-Film is a 4-step process that delivers photo-quality results on virtually any material.
Print to Film
Your design is printed in full color onto a special PET film using water-based inks.
Apply Adhesive Powder
Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink and cured to bond it to the film.
Cure with Heat
The film is passed through a curing oven to set the adhesive and ink together.
Heat-Press to Garment
The cured film is heat-pressed onto your garment for a durable, flexible, vibrant print.
